I haven't logged on here in quite a while, but have been sticking to my diet very well since Jan 1. 22 pounds lost so far! Excellent kick start - so I'm feeling good about that! Weight loss was fast at first, but has slowed down a bit. Now I am losing about 1-2 pounds each week (if I don't get lazy or cheat). I am hoping to be down to 185 by mid-April.
