Promising week so far.

I've been out of FatSecret's red-bar zone for enough days that my new goal is to stay out of it for good. If I enter it again, I'll consider it a sign that I've gone far too long without progress, and from that point forward my daily diet will consist only of a couple of pieces of cheese, protein up to my max protein RDI (140 g), whatever small amount of fat comes with that, and non-starchy vegetables to my heart's content, until the overall slope of my weight graph is corrected. No extra fats or carbs above that.

That would be no fun, so I'd better just keep it from happening by not overindulging.
