That will be 60 total pounds lost;
over 25% of starting weight lost;
2/3rds of the way to goal

170 by April 1; 65 total pounds lost; over
27% of starting weight lost; over 70%
of the way to goal

Reevaluate rate of loss after April 1 to determine next goals.

EXERCISE NOTES: No walking due to rain and storms. Did Stairmaster; first time at 40 min.; legs felt heavy; needed support because of HR a few times, but not bad considering the amount of time on hills.
