well I am back with my head hangin low, extremely miserable and disappointed in myself for falling backwards, done it all my life but I am back, its a start. I have taken to sweatpants and old shirts, don't go out don't even want to be around people I am so ashamed of myself, I have a gentleman friend who tryes effortlessly to climb over my wall, I just wont let him in, he has started a program called sensa it gives you a home and a work shaker and he came by and put half of his in my front door and texted me to let me know it was there to try, so here I am. I have to be here or I am gonna keep my bad habits going strong. I have to have a buddy to talk to so this is my buddy. I just cant let him in right now, and my best friend who is the only person I hang out with once a week likes her self just fine so its here that I will lean until I can let him in. :) no new year resolution here just trying again to help myself.
