Aaaurgh! I am tired of fluctuating! Mostly 280-282 but I keep overeating calories, starchy carbs, fat & impulsively eating junkfood. Okay, I am getting myself out of this stupid plateau TODAY. I've made this plateau a habit: diet a few days, overeat a few days, diet a few days cycle, so I maintain. As Dr. Phil says: "Behave your way to success". I am embarrassed to post another weight gain (kinda feels like the same 10 pounds over & over this year). 7 weeks till Dec 31st and I WILL be 265 or less!!!!! Focus, purpose, plan, all the buzzwords: it's just about DOING IT. Here I goooooo :)
