Yeah. A loss again today. Not much but still a loss. For those out there who want and are working to get rid of excess fat, any loss is a victory. Still in ketosis--1.4 ketones this morning. Looking forward to my coffee this morning. Have a very successful day. We aren't quite halfway through November 2020.

Changing it up a bit this morning--bulletproof coffee at 8:39 a.m. Let's see how my hunger level is today. Started out a bit hungry which doesn't make sense with good ketone levels.

Ahhh hard to always make it make sense. Bulletproof sounds good. Think I will make some kind of coffee mocha concoction myself. As I waiting for someone to move all the snow here
