Not going to lie, but I have been eating more carbs than I should be. I’ve been trying to eat more intuitively because I simply cannot keep up with writing everything down and stressing over how many calories I’m eating. Been working out 6-7 days a week with beach body, along with all my other daily activities. I have a want to get back into running, I just know that a lot of energy would be put into it and not much left for everything else but cardio is the best way my body loses excess weight. Right now with all that’s going on 35-50 mins is all I can set aside for my “me time” to work out. Here’s to another busy week of distance learning x3 kids and my job that includes more sanitizing then actual cleaning.
