Ok following the Modules does work especially getting down to the last 10 lbs. I guess I should have been following it more closely. I love not craving the sugar and carbs and I have to say I did have one slice of whole wheat bread with butter and peanut butter. I do crave peanuts but almonds work for me. So happy with this program and getting my products for free too. I am also loving my new cloths that have been in my closet waiting for me to come back. It is like having a whole new wardrobe.
