I returned to low-carb for the last six days and my weight loss results are extraordinary I think! I almost didn't weigh myself today, but I figured I would since it's been exactly three weeks since the last time. Seeing results like this makes me so happy that I weighed myself.

I had to go back to low-carb because my appetite was horrendous - making me miserable - and I didn't think I was losing weight. I now have less than 50 carbs a day, which is the threshold for being in ketosis. Because of eating low-carb again, I'm back to having a suppressed appetite and eating a healthier diet.

What I do is just try to eat as few carbs as possible and that turns out to be less than 50 a day. One day I had only 20 which is Induction! I feel better having less carbs, so that's what I'm going to do from now on.

I'm so happy to be losing weight and feeling great again!
