My goal is to get 12.5# off this month to be at the weight I was in February before I started the Covid19 gain. I haven't been eating my BMR most days because I am in ketosis (1.0 this morning) and am not hungry. Last Sunday I went way over carbs. Today I may have keto coffee. I have some ahi tuna salad made and some frozen shrimp. I also have fresh spinach on hand and frozen Normandy vegetables. If I get going. I can be at church by 8:30. Pray I will be successful.
