It's been a good week. I have not followed the exercise program to a tee, yet. But.....I have been very active and I'm.feeling it.
I'm trying to reduce the number of sugars and starches in my diet, and that will always be an issue for me. What I will do is try to increase my protein intake via protein shakes.....4 scoops per day. The extra 100g of protein will help with muscle growth and recovery and fill me up alittle more.
September has always been a good month for me to get serious about fitness goals and I am hoping this will again be the case.
