Yes at first I was reducing calories every day. Then listened to Dr. Jason Fung on CICO. dieting vs. fasting. Reducing calories in will reduce resting expenditure (calories out) so not a good idea for sustainable weight loss. Actually a 99% failure rate long term. So now my WOE is intermittent fasting or extended fasting. For fascinating reading go to blog at thefastingmethod.com
