A little frustrating that there is suddenly little-to-no movement on the scale. Trying to eat more calories, but I'm rarely hungry past 1100. I may need to eat more "junk" as the salads & veggies I eat have little calories. (jk). I will attempt to have more snacks as I am slowly increasing calorie intake.
66,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 12,5 kg.    Sisa: 12,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

That sounds very frustrating... I've heard that trying new exercises can help. Just changing things up. Good luck to you! Hopefully this flat line is over :)
