I weigh too much & I'm not in love with my body.
Today is the first day of my official "diet"... I have always tried to diet, take my medicine regularly and exercise... but, I always fall off the mark after a couple of weeks. Hopefully, having a structured community and people like me to help will help me!
I'm off to exercise now... Wish me luck! :)
