This weight is for Friday, actually.
I feel bloated, and stressed. My eyes have been dark and puffy. I've done pretty well, diet wise, unitl today (Saturday). I ate blue cheese dip in ICU all day. . . :( Then when i came to work i ate popcorn, which is a major No-No. I realized when eating the popcorn that i was stress eating, which i haven't done in a long time. Actually, it was sadness eating. I'm so sad about Terry, and so alone. I miss my best friend, and i wanted to hurt physically instead of emotionally. But eating won't fix my problems, didn't even make me feel better at the time, and now i will hurt both emotionally and physically. Next time i will journal my feelings instead of drowning them.
Today is a new day, and with God's help i will be successful.
