Friday, and Sunday we hard days to keep the diet, and Tuesday will be as well. I'm technically within my point's for the week (including bonus points) but guilt has me saying that I'm following "poorly."

To make it up I rode 5 km's on Friday, 25 km's on Saterday, and 20 km's on Sunday, plus about 4-5 km hike on Sunday. So I will probably still lose this week.
