Tis the season of Christmas parties where I average a 7 lb gain each year! Yikes! 3 parties down doing pretty well. Things are super busy right now so working out is difficult, but I am still doing it 3 times a week. I'd like more, but that is what I can manage right now. I do not plan to gain this year! I am trying to lose, but if I stay about the same I can live with that.
