Can't figure out why the gain. Got on scale several times and it didn't give same weight twice. Think it may be time to invest in a new scale. Weighed early this a.m. went back to bed and weighed same time as yesterday. Scale went up a # with no injestion of any food or water. How could my body make fat from nothing? Certainly not from excess fuel yesterday!!Today is a new day. A new week. I missed drive-in church but am listening to service on His Channel. I've been consistent on my current WOE for over a week and find it's a doable change. So far it has been sustainable for me. I find myself encouraging and commenting on the journeys of others on this FS and on Thomas DeLaurs as well as 2.0 and extended fasting on Facebook. It is a way to stay positive. Also going with the National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentence on CBN News was uplifting and encouraging.
