Doing great exercise and healthy eating wise. I haven't been under 165 pounds in over 6 years, so I think the last 15 pounds are going to be rough, but I am not giving up. My stomach doesn't jiggle anymore when I walk, and last night I had family pics taken and i looked actually good in them, most of them :)I am adding another 4 miles onto my mileage challenge. Up to 68 miles
74,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,0 kg.    Sisa: 6,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
