You are already very close to target. Regular exercise (burning calories] and taking diet that's nutritious but has low fat content is a must. Take lot of fruit and water. I take at least 14 glasses of water every day. 2 before walk, 2 after that and the rest during day time. Install Water Drink Reminder App. I use it. I also walk and jog half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. I take two meals: breakfast [3 toasts] and lunch cum dinner around 6pm. Around Zuhr I take some fruit like one apple or apricot etc. Most important: be consistent. 
I want to lose my weight from 113 to 85. Please Suggest some best meal.l and exercises. How to control craving. Please also suggest if should go for gym or home workot is enough.

I am 76 and i wanted to losf atleast 20 kgs my height is 5'5" and my age is 19 .I am consuming an average of 1200 calories per day (65-55%%carbs , 25% fat , 10-20% of protein) . I workout at home for about 15 minutes 3-4 days a week still won't loosing weight. Please help me out :)

@syeda Layloma: did u gain this weight in couple of weeks? no right? then why r u expecting to lose in few days or months? weight loss is a journey dear sister, you should not go on such low cal diet,eat normal and eat less.You ll surely see the results-remember slow and steady wins the race- good luck
