Ouchy, Mary's tummy hurts and we've been awake for over an hour so far and it is 2am. Hoping this passes soon as it is hard when your kids are sick. Such is the life of a Mommy. Before this came on we made it to the gym this evening and she did some laps in the pool and seemed fine one minute and sick the next. This came on with a headache and some stomach cramping within a blink of an eye's time. It is 3:30AM, Mary is out so I am going to try to catch me some zzzzz's. Stay well my friends, tis the season. TOWANDA!

Hope Mary is feeling better this morning. I zonked out at 9:30 last night and slept until 2:30 when I woke up realizing my dog wasn't in her kennel, I guess I fell asleep before I put her to bed too. There is nothing worse than a sick child, especially when the sickness comes on in no time. Hope you got some sleep!

It's been much harder for me to stay on this fast this time around. I've been distracting myself (keeping away from food) by using Fatsecet an awful lot today. The fast is still going strong though...
