Only lost 1 lb. in the last week but you know what? Ill take it. IDK if yesterday (doing mostly traveling and very little exercising) is what did it or not but like I said.. Ill take it. Im going to do my best to get my exercises in on top of taking care of three kids and a household. a new challenge.. bring it! :D
