It's been a crazy few weeks onboard, and with the holidays coming, I've very concerned. I have limited choices onboard as far as food goes in the first place, but now that the holidays are coming, it's going to be even harder. I will admit, ever since I got back onboard, I really have been slacking and it shows. I've gained a few pounds back, and as much as I'd like to think it's all muscle, I know it's not. I've also been monitoring my body fat and BMI and both have also been fluctuating.
I wish that I could log on every day and keep track of my food like I was when I was on vacation, but unfortunately the internet is slow and expensive. So I'm lucky if I can stay on for more than a few minutes.
Hope my FS family is well, I really do miss you guys and gals. You have been my inspiration and I need some encouragement right now!
