God damn F.A.P screwed everything up for me. I have had to go all the way back to the beginning. this is so going to suck a second time around. not helped by trying to kill myself either. OH well, suck it up and fight through to become healthy one more time. I am so tired of being a fat slob, I just want to be able to live without pain.

I hear you Kao, I too struggle with staying focused on my health and wellbeing. I lack exercising. I have a desk job, by the time I get home I'm to dog tired to do anything.
