Yesterday failed to log. Missed church due to sleeping until 9:30. Didn't sleep well during night. Had a two toast sandwich with meat around noon and left-over chicken alfredo at aroun 7:00 pm. Today I want to fast until tomorrow for a 24-36 hour fast. I can do it. I've succeeded before and believe I'll feel better and benefit from it.
