Glad to see that I'm able to continue my progress despite going on vacation. I think I may have a handle on this WOL finally. I didn't exercise seriously while I was there so it's nice to get back to it. Amazing how I'm kind of sore again even after only less than a couple of weeks. It's a good reminder to keep it up.
