well I've been off the site and off my woe but anyway. I am holding the weight. I've been at this weight for awhile, just didn't really update the post. BUT I'm tired of IT. Here we go again :-)

thanks Shirfleur1 Yup I know and I'm hanging in there. Feeling good, rode my bike yesterday evening and kind of watching my woe, BUT the FEELING GOOD point is important at this stage of my life :-)
