Kinda depressing when you go on a 7h hike up a steep snow covered mountain and burn 4600+ calories just to have your weight stay the same :-). Anyhow - at least we had a good time yesterday. Was a bit sore this morning and wasn't entirely sure I was going to make it through my run at the gym. Went well though. Hopefully a short day at work today and then a well deserved weekend break.
