ok, well I decided to register my weight weekly on Saturday rather than EVERY DAY! It gets a bit much to post every day and see the creeping. BUT I still haven't broken my habit of weighing myself every morning. That is something that is very difficult for me to stop doing as long as I am watching my woe & wol. So I figured I would list the daily ones here and also show the average (7 days weight totaled & divided by 7). It is just another little exercise to help me see that yes, even though the 'new weight' I'm listing this week is above the last one listed. I am still creeping around (down/up/down). So Sunday was 168.6, Mon 166.8, Tue 167.6, Wed 168.4, Thur 167.2, Fri 167, & Sat 167.6 divided by 7 equals 167.6 average for the week. Which just happens to be todays weight. Last Saturday it was 168.8 So at least I did go down from then! Don't know how long I will keep this exercise up but for now it looks pretty good :-)
