weighed myself this morning. not my official weigh in. that's Friday.. but I'm up 2 lbs?? I understand bloating and water weight gain for women. it's a sucky reality.. but it's really got me down. I've stayed under my calorie count.. yesterday barely topped at 1000... ugh.. I just hope at the end of this week I drop that 2 plus 2 more.. get back on track.. I have had carbs this week. working o.t. I need quick on my feet food so it's been sandwiches.. gotta figure something out.
