Ok- just about to break my fast, and was actually 141 when I woke up this morning, but thought for motivation to not break fast 30 min... weighed.. omg down to 140!
Looks like I broke my plateau!

Congrats, I am doing the fasting as well, I love the Fasting Life App, but so far I have only done one 24 hr fast not knowing it.. My regular fasting time is 20 hrs since I am over 50 yrs old in order to have an effect on women.
How are you liking your regime?

Way to go!!! I always say ‘I can’t eat if I’m sleeping’ lol and try and go back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night hungry....good work!

I was doing 18 hour fasts and lost about 35 lbs doing that. Now doing one meal a day, and some days of 30-48 hour fasting. But also found for the last few pounds getting rid of flour and sugar and sweeteners helped. But I agree- I think for many women, especially over 40 that longer fasts are needed
