Had a really good weekend again with the kids and grand kids. Unfotunately banged my shin on a tubular steel dog bed frame (two extra dogs this weekend too)- now very uncomfortable, bruised, very swollen - xray - no breaks apparently (doesn't feel like it!) Hard to sit with foot on floor - pressure, pins and needles. Went on the bike yesterday and it wasn't at all uncomfortable, today a different story... talk later...
