I'm loosing weight which is great but I know I can do better!! Halloween was rough, I kept eating the candy and I haven't gone grocery shopping in a while so I haven't been eating great either. This week my goal is to not use my weekly allowance points, just my daily and activity points. I'm going grocery shopping today to put me in the right track! I did start working out though, so that was a plus this past week and another goal is to continue working out.
