24 year old. struggling with weight since the 2nd grade. Lowest in the past 5 years was 300, and I am hoping to go further down. Restarted late May and down from 333. Not sufre what else to put...
144,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 45,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Good on you for being in the "I'm still trying" direction. Your joints and heart are cheering for you. I offer this advice: Enter - here or even just on a piece of paper - what you will eat tomorrow. It's OK to change, but always start with a healthy plan you can actually do. You can be sure you have what you need and no last minute decisions. Of course temptations happen, then you get to learn how to work with your personal bug-a-boos 1 by 1. Work'em in or work'em out! Just keep swimming....

The biggest buildings are built one brick at the time. Set yourself an small weight-loss goal. And keep raising the bar. In that way tou will gain momentum little by little until you build confidence. That is what is going to help you. #staystrong#keepfighting#neverquitliving
