Nice! Another step closer to my mini-goal of seeing the 170’s by the end of July. I am getting close to the halfway point in my total goal and that tends to be where the losses traditionally slow down fo me. This time I am moving around a lot more and will increase this as I am able.

Update: Just decided to take a walk after lunch. I only went 1 mile but it was on very uneaten railroad tracks and at a pretty quick pace. (Oh yeah, and it is 94 degrees out).
