I stopped following Atkins exactly about a year ago, but I try to still keep low on the carbs . I'm currently training for the Susan G 3day in Oct this year so I'm walking about 6 miles every other day. That's what's been helping the most.
60,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 14,1 kg.    Sisa: 6,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Tidak Berlaku.
Kehilangan 0,1 kg dalam 1 minggu

Hey - thanks for stopping by my journal! Good to see you too!!! So, if you are keeping the carbs in check but not really following Atkins, are you following something in particular?? or just your own 'tried and true' method? just curious??
