So....started the day at 175.4 after a weekend of consuming good food to put on some lbs. Then I went and did some carpentry work in the yard. Worked for 6 hours. The heat was stifling. Sweat was pouring off me like a faucet had been turned on. I told my wife "bet I lost a few pounds today!" jokingly and look!!!! I lost almost 6 f'n pounds!!!!! Had me a very large, mixed dinner...Lemon pepper chicken thigh with Mac and cheese; then some potato curry my wife made and I topped it off with a ring ding. The exact same thing happened last summer when I was finishing the deck! Sheesh!
