well, the parties are over. the last 2 nights i've drank beer-a b-day and at a benefit. the benefit had beer and food....dips, lasagna, meatballs...stuff like that. and i ate it to counteract the beer. amazingly, i am the same weight this morning. i have held on!

so my plans this weekend are to take care of ME! i've let my house go the past few weeks and i feel crumby just looking at it! a clean house will lift my spirit and keep me from feeling weighed down so i will exercise.

didn't track food during the day yesterday. i honestly forgot! but same as my workweek meals have been this week. gonna fill in that part of the day. can't account for what i drank and ate at the benefit...which was a success!
