honestly this is the first time I've tried to lose weight since I was around 12 and experiencing dysmorphia for the first time. I just started last week and I slipped up and went past my calorie goal for the first time and I'm trying to convince myself it doesn't mean I can't do this. I can. I have to.
139,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,5 kg.    Sisa: 44,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
