Another weekend away at a wedding and did incorporate small amounts of carbs & sugar in what I ate. I kept it at low amounts and enjoyed myself and as a result, I managed to hold my same weight with no gains - BONUS! Back on avoiding starchy carbs/sugar for the rest of this week and hopefully this will keep it all in check.
66,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,1 kg.    Sisa: 3,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
