WHEW! Keeping up the diet this time of year is tough! I have good days (salad, protein, fruit) & then I have bad days (chocolate, cake, cookies, etc.). I am still working out 3 days a week - 1 hour a day. So far, that is keeping me about the same weight. I am fine with that!

BTW, I am recovering quite well from my slide off of the treadmill last week! The bruises are almost gone & I am back on the treadmill ... only paying a little more attention now! ;)

I agree it is tough, in the past 2 days I've made 6 batches of fudge, but I managed to only lick a spoon once and today I'm making fudgy cornflake cakes for my sons school party, when will it end! Keep working out and you'll be fine, as long as you stay on the treadmill and don't fall off the back of it, lol!!! Merry Christmas to you too! (O:

girl you are preaching to the choir!haha at least you can still exercise though! i'm itching to get back to where i was so that my weight doesn't keep on the incline.hang in there we are all in this together-holiday season or not8-)
