3 weeks of fasting and I was able to keep maintain my weight (even thought I was not able to lose any I am happy that I did not even gain) One more week and I will came back to my normal workout routine and diet and hopefully start to lose weight.I hope every one is doing well and staying healthy and safe. 😁😀
