day 7 fast , sore stomach muscles from situps and planking need to sort that out cos I'm not gonna stop doing em. went for a short walk around the block itching to start running again soon. not much weightloss today was kinda expecting that to get less as my fast gets more prolonged. ive only had about 1litre of electrolytes still no food feeling good tho✌️
