well done! if you simply stick to pure food. you will be rewarded!
i would avoid all starchy carbs and sugar. anything white. you will get enough from veggies. eat an entire red pepper and yellow pepper for lunch tomorrow... you'll be surprised at how difficult it is. (they don't go down as easy as big macs), but worth every bite. egg whites, chicken, tuna, yum! apples, oranges, strawberries, zucchini, peppers, all great stuff. these things are working wonders for me! NO sugar. Zero!
