Hi everyone,
I just turned 40 years old this past June. Ten months ago today I was looking on the web for a Community that can both be informative and supportive at the same time. As I learn how to embrace this new phase in my life. I made decision that I wanted to improve my overall health both mentally and physically this year.
I have always been a number girl and this sight is

I’m going to be 40 in October ♥️ I have never been able to get this right until here🤗🙌 it was dropping off so fast at the beginning. I learned over time slow and steady wins the race, portion control ( sometimes I have my days) patience and I will be fit by forty!! Maybe not a perfect body, but I have changed so much. I love this place and support is everything ♥️💜💚

LOl not again the blind leading the blind. Please try to follow people that have succeeded in the fat loss journey, some people truly try to “help” but can’t even help themselves.

To answer a few of your questions I am 5’1 inches tall weighing in at 83 pounds My doctor wants me to weigh 96 pounds I am not a fan of breakfast so I am prescribed to drink a ensure I have found if the ensure is frozen it taste better I then eat a normal lunch and dinner and sometimes a apple and peanut butter for a bedtime snack
