It’s definitely been a roller coaster of emotions getting to this point, a lot of hard work In exercising and forming good eating habits. Although this is my weight now it’s supposed to have been 100kg long time ago I guess I just got inconsistent but now I’m on the race to lose 10 kgs by the end of May I’ve cut out meat and dairy with a few exceptions being double cream plain yogurt I’ve also cut out alcohol and sugar. I’ve always been lazy towards counting calories and I honestly think it will change but I do have a good indication on what are healthy food choices the biggest lesson is just been focusing on being consistent the moment you make one excuse then a whole lot more start to develop

10kg seems like a lot in such a short amount of time. anyway I'm trying to lose 5kg by the end of May.
