hello everyone. I'm trying this new calorie counter. I am looking for something free. I started dieting early January at 242.. I am using Noom and mostly like it. After their training is completed I still want to keep counting calories even though they teach you how not to do that.
96,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 30,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1162 kkal Lemak: 37,76g | Prot: 72,91g | Karb: 147,76g.   Makan Pagi: Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Silk Original Soymilk,  Blueberries , Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus Cereal. Makan Siang: Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry,  Celery ,  Clementines ,  Yellow Mustard ,  Horseradish , Hormel Natural Choice Deli Roast Beef, Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin. Makan Malam: House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce,  Reduced Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, Stir Fried Vegetables, Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry Spray Juice. Camilan/Lainnya:  Walnuts. lagi...
