Had actually went up to 165 last Monday, but I didn't even starve myself or anything and I'm so happy I went down to 163. I honestly do not understand my diet. I ate beef (which is usually my diet killer arch nemesis) twice yesterday and yet I have actually gotten 2 pounds lighter?!! Confusing. I'm hoping to stay on a healthy diet this weekend and stay active so hopefully next week I'll see a 162. Trying to keep praying for God to help me on this journey because I would love to be under 160 by my Birthday which is in about 2 weeks. I know I can do it, but its not just my birthday, I want to keep going. Make a new goal to reach by Thanksgiving and another by Xmas. I'd like to be alot lighter by New Years instead of making the usual promises on New years....
