Have been on Dr John Tickell's Great Australian diet and it's working better then WW.Eat losts of soup just pure vegies with garlic and onion. Haviong 1 slice of multi grain toast in the morning with a small amount of strawberry jam just for the taste. Also have one glass of water as I get out of bed. Have a shot of fibre at around 10am with a huge glass of water, and soup for lunch, For dinner either soup or chicken wrap with lots of fresh salad (toasted). Feeling a lot better and not as tired. Still have the odd naughty thing like garlic bread.
