Today is my endo doc appt. It's at 3:20 p.m., and last time I saw him it was 9:20 a.m. I will have had breakfast and lunch by then. I'll have my normal breakfast - plain FF greek yogurt with vanilla-flax granola and 1/2 Tbs agave sweetener (don't have fresh sweet fruit). Lunch will be salad with a serving of honey pecan baked chicken. I made my own ranch dressing with sour cream and herbs.

I'm hoping this does not affect my weigh in. I have lost 9 lbs since then. Actually, I lost 8 in the first 2 weeks, but then I got cocky and ate what I wanted-like fast food- and gained 5-6 of it back. I've been watching my foods for the past 5-6 days, and I'm back down. I'm assuming most of this is water, dunno. But if I make a REAL effort, I could drop some weight. Just have to start exercising.
